Brand clinic

You already know what a brand is.

Apple
$574 billion
Nike
$28 billion
Walmart
$137 billion
Caterpillar
$7 billion
DeWalt
$15 billion

These companies aren't worth that much just because of what they sell. They're worth that because people trust them before they buy.

Your business has 17 years of earned trust. But when someone Googles you... they don't see it.

About Dãjama

We help good businesses look as good as their work.

Dãjama builds brand operating systems for growing companies. We focus on the practical layer — the trust signals, digital presence, messaging, and proof systems that turn good work into visible credibility.

We work in phases. We start small. We prove value before we ask for more. Everything we do ties back to one question: does this help the business earn more trust and make more money?

Why we’re having this conversation

The hypothesis

Alamos does better work than its current presentation suggests.

After 17 years in business, we believe the quality of your craftsmanship is strong. Your project photos show custom kitchens, wine rooms, cathedral ceilings, finished basements, and new construction.

The question is: does the outside of your business match the inside? We looked at everything a prospect would see before calling you. Here is what we found.

What we found

0
Reviews on any platform.
17 years of work. Zero public proof.
@msn.com
Business email is a personal MSN account. Not your domain.
“mysite”
Page titles still show the Wix placeholder. Never customized.
wix.com
Every social media link on your site goes to Wix — not to you.

Detailed findings

The gaps

No team or founder story
The About page is one generic paragraph. No mention of Juan, 17 years in business, or the team. Prospects can’t connect with someone they can’t see.
No trust signals
No NJ HIC license number. No insurance info. No certifications. No years in business on the homepage. The baseline credibility layer is missing.
Great photos, zero storytelling
The project gallery shows high-quality work — custom kitchens, wine rooms, cathedral ceilings. No descriptions, no before/after, no client context. Your best sales tool is silent.
Services without substance
Five services listed by name only. No descriptions, no scope, no process. A homeowner can’t evaluate a $75K kitchen renovation from a one-word label.
Mismatched contact system
The contact button leads to a generic Wix appointment calendar with 30-minute slots — like a hair salon. A client looking for a $50K remodel doesn’t want to “book an appointment.” They want to talk to someone.
Dead social links
Social icons link to Wix and a Google+ page that shut down in 2019. Any prospect who clicks these loses trust instantly.

Your competitive landscape

Two contractors in your town are getting the calls you should get.

These are real companies in Morristown, NJ competing for the same homeowner dollar. Their work may not be better than yours. Their presentation is.

We are showing you these because they prove the gap is real — and because everything they are doing is something you can do.

The money question

What is this costing you?

If your close rate improved by 10% — from 60% to 70% — and you do 20 estimates per year at an average of $60K per project, that is two extra jobs. That is $120K in revenue you are leaving on the table.

And that is only conversion. It does not count the leads you never get because no one can find you online.

It does not count the premium you cannot charge because your presentation does not match your work.

It does not count the referral that Googled you, saw the MSN email, and called someone else.
